How it works · six minutes

Most brands list on Faire and wait. We go the other way.

Every month we put your line in front of thousands of real retailers who could stock it, so buyers arrive because you reached them, not because they happened to scroll past you.

Buyers who saw you, buyers who heard from you, and the emails behind them. A typical starting list runs between seven and fifteen thousand businesses. Each prospect gets two emails a month, enough to be noticed, not enough to be a nuisance.

01

Finding them

Start with every store out there. Cross off the ones that don't fit.

We pull thousands of stores from Google Maps, LinkedIn and business directories, then read each one's website, reviews and pages, and cross off every store that couldn't really sell your product. What's left is the good fits, with the name and working email of the person there who does the buying.

For every store, we read

Their website, their Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Yelp and Facebook. Then the reviews, to see what the shop is actually known for.

7,412Stores that made the cut
2Emails per store, per month
14,824Emails sent per month, total

One month at a typical starting volume. The exact numbers move with your category and how aggressive you want to be. The method doesn't: nobody goes on your list until we've looked at their actual store, found the person who does the buying, and checked that their email address really works.

02

Getting delivered

Send 15,000 emails from your own domain and you won't have a domain.

Volume from a single address torches its reputation in days, and once you're in spam you're invisible and you've damaged the domain your real customers email. So we build a separate sending estate and never touch yours.

Sender reputation

Mail delivered. Your own domain never sends a thing.

We build a set of dedicated domains with their own inboxes, and add more as your volume grows. Every inbox is warmed for weeks before it sends anything real, then kept to a human-sized number of emails a day. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured on all of them and monitored daily, and your primary brand domain is never used for outreach.

03

Giving them a reason

The same email to everyone is the same as no email to anyone.

First we build an offer worth replying to, usually a low-risk way in like a free sample or a small trial order. Then we cut the list into segments and write to each one about the thing that segment actually worries about.

Three parcels, each wrapped with a different coloured band

Worked example · a dog toy brand · three segments · pick one

What they worry about · client safety

A chew that won't come back as a client complaint

Hi Dr. Reyes, most clinics we work with keep a small toy shelf and want zero risk attached to it. Ours are non-toxic, single-material, and sized so nothing on the shelf becomes a choking conversation. The starter set is 12 units, one shelf, no minimum reorder. Happy to send one free so your techs can try to destroy it before you decide.

What doesn't work
"Do you want to sell our stuff in your store?"

Same product, same offer, three different angles. Your real sequences are written with you and tested on subject line and call to action while they run.

04

Converting the reply

A reply is the halfway point, not the finish line.

Buyer interest has a shelf life measured in hours. Every reply arrives with a response already written in your voice. You read it and press send. Everything after that runs on a timer, so nothing goes cold in a shared inbox.

This row happens in seconds, not days. If they write back at any point, the timers stop and it goes back to the draft.

Drafted for you · your voice, your termsHi Dana, great to hear from you. I'm putting a sample in the post to Marlow & Pine today, and I've attached the wholesale price list and line sheet so you can see how the range sits next to what you already carry.

  1. LandedThe carrier tells us the exact day the box arrives.
  2. Day 5"How did it go?" with a direct link to order.
  3. Day 12A personal check-in in your voice, offering a quick call.

If they order

  1. +1 monthA re-order check-in: did it sell? Top them up.
  2. LaterWhen stock should be running low, the portal's own email goes out.

Every touch goes out as a reply inside the same thread, from the same person who wrote first, so it reads as one conversation rather than a campaign. Cadence is tuned per client, and a chase never fires at someone who is waiting on you for an answer.

05

The portal, if you need it

We'll build the wholesale side of your store too.

No point opening the floodgates if there's nowhere for buyers to land. Shopify now supports proper wholesale on any plan, so we set the whole thing up: pricing rules, minimums, payment terms, the lot. Your only job is deciding who gets in.

This is the only step you do.

  • Wholesale pricing attached to their account
  • Minimum order requirement applied

We also set up Klaviyo, or whichever email platform you already use, so your wholesale list keeps hearing from you: branded new-season, restock and offer emails going out on their own alongside the one-to-one outreach. Already have wholesale set up elsewhere? We leave it alone and point the outreach at it instead.
